Kick off fall fun with a night of laughs at Off Leash Social’s special Stand-Up Comedy Night. Think dog park + bar + live entertainment all rolled into one. Dogs get playtime while you enjoy the show.

Howl-O-Ween Dog Costume Contest - Kingsport

Location: Downtown Kingsport (Broad & Market Street Roundabout)

Part of downtown Kingsport’s “Trick or Treat on the Street,” this contest is a must-do for festive pups. Categories include:

• 25 lbs & under

• 26 lbs & over

• Dynamic Duo (matching owner + dog or multi-dog outfits)

Entry is free and all leashed dogs are welcome.

The S’mores Run 4-Miler - Johnson City

Location: Tweetsie Trail, Johnson City, TN

This 4-mile run is open to humans and well-socialized, leashed dogs.

After the race there's a build-your-own s’mores bar, live music, and post-run festivities. After run hydration is provided for the pups, but unfortunately no medal are awards to four-legged participants (you'll just have to let them take pictures with yours 😉).

Either way, it's a fun way to get outside, bond with your dog, and an excuse to eat more than your fair share of s'mores.

Cruizin 4 Critters Car Show & Pet Parade - Bristol

Saturday, November 1, 2025 | 12:00 – 3:00 PM
Location: Cumberland Square Park, Bristol, VA

Cars, trucks, bikes, and pets all in one place! This community fundraiser benefits The Bridge Home No-Kill Animal Rescue. Bring your leashed dog to stroll the show, enjoy the parade, and maybe even meet adoptable pets.

Cruizin 4 Critters is free for attendees. If you're interested in participating in the car show, registration fees apply and go to The Bridge Home No-Kill Animal Rescue.

Attendees are encourage to bring donations for the Bridge as well (pet food, blankets, toys, etc).

Christmas on the Lawn - Kingsport

Location: Allandale Mansion, Kingsport, TN

Step into a festive parklike setting with snow machines in all their glory, holiday crafts, Christmas music, and an outdoor Christmas movie (weather permitting).

Leashed dogs are welcome, so dress them in something merry and soak in some early holiday magic.
